Crafting Excellence: My Journey to Design

My journey into design, particularly in creating fabric and Wild Rag designs, has been a transformative experience, especially considering my background in leatherwork. For many years, crafting beautiful leather pieces allowed me to express my creativity, but an essential tremor disorder eventually hindered my ability to work with my hands. This challenge pushed me to explore new artistic avenues, leading me to the vibrant world of repeating pattern design. Additionally, having participated in organizing Rodeo pageants in Texas, I drew inspiration from the rich traditions and colors found in Western culture. This blend of experiences has allowed me to develop unique designs that reflect my personal story while celebrating cowboy art.
